Diddy’s gloomy Thanksgiving dinner comes to light as he faces the holiday in jail

As Sean “Diddy” Combs prepares to observe the forthcoming Thanksgiving holiday in custody, details of his meal have emerged.

On Thursday, while many individuals gather with their families to enjoy a traditional turkey dinner, the once-prominent rapper and music executive will be spending the day at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

Typically accustomed to lavish dining experiences featuring champagne and caviar, Diddy has been held at the MDC since his arrest on September 16.

The founder of Bad Boy Records was apprehended by Homeland Security Investigations at a hotel in New York City and is currently facing federal charges related to an alleged conspiracy involving sex trafficking and racketeering.

According to BBC News, Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, has been denied bail on multiple occasions and is awaiting trial, which is set for May 5, 2025.

TMZ has reported on the Thanksgiving menu that will be provided to the rapper, indicating that the detention center is embracing the holiday spirit.

The menu for the week indicates that Diddy’s Thanksgiving meal will include breakfast options of fruit, cereal, pastries, and skim milk.

For lunch, he will have the choice between a turkey roast or hot and sour tofu, accompanied by sides of mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, dinner rolls, and holiday pies.

Following this substantial lunch, dinner will consist of a simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich, potato chips, whole wheat bread, and a fruit beverage.

This fare pales in comparison to the lavish meal he might enjoy if he were released on bail and dining in an upscale Upper East Side apartment, a living arrangement he suggested to the judge during his most recent bond hearing.

In addition to his arrest, Diddy faces over two dozen lawsuits filed in recent months, alleging serious offenses including rape, underage assaults, intimidation, and sexual extortion.

Diddy is strongly rejecting all the accusations thrown at him and has entered a not guilty plea. His representatives have stated that he and his legal team are completely confident in the facts and the fairness of the legal system.

His lawyers have asked the judges to set a $50 million bond, and Diddy is even willing to use his Miami Beach mansion as collateral while agreeing to constant monitoring. However, those requests have been turned down.
